WFH Customer Success Agent (Entry Level)

In this role, you’ll work with individuals who have requested additional information about available benefits and want to learn whether they may qualify for coverage. You’ll help guide them through their options while building valuable experience in communication, client relations, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

Connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits

Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom

Assess client needs and explain available benefit options clearly and professionally

Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow-up communication

Build long-term client relationships through strong service and professionalism

Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions
