Role Overview

A Recruiting Manager leads the hiring function of an organization and manages recruitment teams, hiring strategies, and talent acquisition operations. This role focuses on:

managing recruiters
improving hiring processes
workforce planning
stakeholder management
achieving hiring targets

Recruiting Managers often partner with HR leaders and department heads to ensure companies attract top talent efficiently.

Common Responsibilities

Lead and manage recruitment teams
Develop hiring strategies and workforce plans
Manage full-cycle recruitment for critical roles
Collaborate with hiring managers and executives
Monitor hiring metrics and KPIs
Improve candidate experience
Build employer branding initiatives
Optimize sourcing channels and ATS processes
Train and mentor recruiters
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws

7-12+ years recruitment experience
2-5+ years leadership experience
Experience managing hiring teams and large-scale recruitment
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
