Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to working alongside educators, families, and other school staff
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of students
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to K-12 students
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment and education plans
• Track student progress, document services, and maintain compliance with IEP requirements and federal/state regulations
• Partner with teachers and support teams to facilitate student integration and success within classroom settings
• Provide education, strategies, and resources to families and caregivers to support skill development outside therapy sessions
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, professional development, and team collaboration opportunities
