Contracts and Proposals Analyst- Mako (Remote)

Support contracting and commercial processes for capital equipment transactions at Stryker's Mako division. Manage contract drafting, review, and execution across sales, finance, and operations teams while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Role offers remote or hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, coordinate, and facilitate execution of capital equipment agreements and related contract materials
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to verify pricing, approvals, and documentation completeness before contract release
- Identify contracting risks, documentation gaps, and approval issues; coordinate resolution with stakeholders
- Track contract status, manage document routing, maintain records, and upload executed agreements into repositories
- Support pricing initiatives by analyzing market dynamics and assessing impact of pricing changes and promotional programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant professional experience in business, finance, accounting, or healthcare administration
- Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or capital equipment sales operations
- Contract administration or sales operations support background
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems, approval workflows, or ERP platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Compensation: $64,400 - $122,700 USD Annual (based on pay band USN through US30)
