Position Overview
The Six-Figure Stylist at The Color Bar is a high-performing, guest-focused professional who delivers exceptional results, builds lasting relationships, and operates with both technical excellence and business mindset.
This role is designed for stylists who are committed to mastering their craft, growing a full book, and earning a six-figure income through consistent performance, elevated service standards, and continued education.

Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license
