Operations CoordinatorThe Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational coordination of multiple client sites, ensuring projects are successfully mobilized, managed, and de-mobilized throughout their lifecycle. This role oversees administrative processes including timesheet approvals, expense report approvals, invoice submissions, and supply chain approvals in accordance with client contracts. Serving as a primary point of contact for both internal field staff and clients, the Operations Coordinator triages incoming issues, determines the appropriate escalation path, and works closely with the Operations Manager to resolve operational challenges. The position supports the mobilization of new project sites by coordinating staffing, required site access, equipment, and supplies, with occasional travel to assist in initial site setup. Once sites are operational, the coordinator provides virtual oversight across approximately 10 active locations, conducts weekly meetings with site teams and clients, monitors ongoing operational performance, and assists with project de-mobilization at completion. Supporting predominantly construction industry clients, this role may coordinate operations for up to 100 internal employees while ensuring consistent communication, compliance, and seamless execution across all assigned sites.
