Sports Medicine Physician

About this role: As a Primary Care Sports Medicine physician at Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. Our integrated Sports Medicine team uses state-of-the-art techniques, advanced procedures, and innovative therapies to design treatment plans that are customized to our patients specific needs and address the full continuum of care. In your role as a Primary Care Sports Medicine physician at TOSH, you will establish a practice and presence in the surrounding communities. You will join a collaborative local team of sports medicine physicians and orthopedic subspecialty surgeons. We anticipate you seeing patients of all-ages for musculoskeletal conditions, fracture care, sports-related concussions, and procedures, including ultrasound-guided injections and diagnostic ultrasound. In this role you can also anticipate: Practicing full spectrum sports medicine at TOSH in Murray, Utah. Some of your clinical hours will include patient preferred business hours Monday through Friday. Providing team coverage for high school, professional organizations and D1 collegiate patients. Performing advanced injection techniques such as platelet-rich plasma, nerve blocks, diagnostic ultrasound, etc. No call requirements or coverage. A signing bonus and relocation assistance (if applicable). An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of post fellowship training clinical experience in Sports Medicine with extensive experience in professional and/or D1 sports coverage.
