Join a collaborative team and make a meaningful difference across two welcoming school communities.Job Highlights* Location: Redmond, WA* Position: School Psychologist* Setting: In-person and school-based* Dates: October 7, 2026–May 20, 2027* Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday* Hours: Up to 7.5 paid hours per day and 37.5 hours per week* Required Trainings: Full-day trainings on October 16, 2026, and March 12, 2027Responsibilities* Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations* Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments* Prepare clear and thorough evaluation reports* Participate in eligibility, evaluation, and Individualized Education Program meetings* Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers* Support the development and implementation of appropriate interventions and student supports* Assist school teams with behavioral, academic, and social-emotional concerns* Provide consultation regarding special education eligibility and programming* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state, federal, and district requirements* Coordinate responsibilities and services across both assigned school campusesQualifications* Master’s or educational specialist degree in school psychology* Current Washington State license and appropriate school psychologist certification* Previous school-based experience preferred* Knowledge of special education laws, evaluation procedures, and eligibility requirements* Strong assessment, report-writing, communication, and organizational skills* Ability to manage responsibilities effectively across two school sites* Ability to work in person at the assigned campuses* Availability to attend both required full-day trainingsBenefits & Perks* Paid sick leave* Healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts* 401(k) with employer matching* Reimbursements for licensing, continuing education, and other professional expenses* W-2 employment* Referral bonuses* Paid volunteer time and donation matching* Access to guidance and resources from experienced school-based professionals* No non-compete agreementBenefits are available for most positions that are 0.8 FTE or higher and may vary depending on the individual contract and district placement.We're a small business, local to many of the areas we hire in, and are proud to be women, minority, and therapist-founded and run.We began our career working in schools both as district and contract employees.
