Step into a vital role supporting behavioral health services in Anchorage, AK, as a Clinical Pharmacist focused on acute and behavioral healthcare. This per diem opportunity is ideal for a licensed Alaska pharmacist ready to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a specialized hospital environment.

Responsibilities include accurate order entry, thorough Omnicell inventory checks, and vigilant drug monitoring to ensure safe and effective medication use. You'll have access to onsite training to confidently use the HCS Web EMR system and Omnicell automation platform via Citrix/OCRA Remote Desktop. Working closely with a dedicated team—comprising one full-time pharmacist, a technician, and a director of pharmacy (currently on leave)—you will help maintain seamless operations in pediatric behavioral health and detox specialty areas.

Coverage is required Mondays from 8am to 4pm weekly, with additional coverage during August 3–7 and potential weekday shifts as pharmacy staff take time off. Weekend on-call support may occasionally be requested. The dress code is business casual, reflecting the professional setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Alaska pharmacist license (required)
• Experience in acute care or behavioral health pharmacy practice
• Ability to learn and efficiently utilize HCS Web EMR and Omnicell automation (training provided)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
