Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Address and resolve project challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Oversee procurement and management of project resources and materials.
Ensure all documentation and reporting meet company and regulatory standards.

A successful Project Manager should have:

Proven experience in project management within the construction sector.
Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Institutional and healthcare ground up experience
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset for addressing challenges.
