Orthopedic Surgeon

Weatherby is seeking a physician for an ongoing opportunity that includes clinical hours and call. The role requires both inpatient and outpatient coverage with admissions. Candidates should have ACLS and BLS certifications. Responsibilities * Provide both inpatient and outpatient coverage with admissions * Participate in 1:6 beeper call with a 30-minute response time Compensation * $200 - $240 hourly * Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay * Competitive compensation Benefits * Paid malpractice insurance * Pre-paid travel and housing expenses Shift & Schedule * Ongoing schedule -- clinical hours plus call included * Call: 1:6 -- beeper call with 30-minute response time Requirements * ACLS and BLS certifications required * Arthroscopy and total joint replacement preferred * Hand surgery and tendon release/repair preferred * Spine surgery with and without instrumentation preferred
