Merchandising Sales Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, fulfilling the following requirements: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues. Complete planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely. Perform cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process. Hang signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate. Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience. Provide coverage for peak times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred Skills Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. Self-directed with minimal supervision. Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise. Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours. Travel between store locations using personal vehicle may be required. Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment. Physical Requirements Travel as needed. Push, pull, lift (up to 50 pounds), and reach overhead. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, climb ladders, and operate store equipment. Communicate effectively and handle contact with birds/poultry.
