REMOTE, with expectation to be on site an average of 4 days per month. Must be able to commute to Indianapolis.
- Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Work with subject matter experts and engage in independent research to develop subject matter knowledge relevant to assigned projects and curricula Requirements - Create and edit training guides from content provided by subject matter experts.
- Write, edit, and disseminate communications to end users and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing training and training material for systems of record.
- Facilitate webinars by monitoring chat, sharing document links, and troubleshooting access issues.
- Assist adult learners in physical classroom trainings.
- Assist with equipment set up and testing activities for classroom trainings.
- Assist with administrative tasks associated with training registration.
- Monitor group mailboxes and respond to stakeholder questions.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent grammar and writing skills, including the ability to convey written, technical information in a clear, concise manner.
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft365 suite and Jira.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new information quickly and independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing requirements, and work under pressure.
