STANDUP FOR KIDS Inc
Housing Support Volunteers for StandUp for Kids - San Diego support our mission to end the cycle of youth homelessness by providing support and resources to youth in need of transitional housing.
Housing Support volunteers research, identify and communicate information about accessing community housing resources.They also survey youth regarding their housing issues, concerns and needs (including site visits), and prioritize key resources required.To the extent possible, they identify resources within StandUp for Kids to support these housing needs.
Must have strong communication skills and be resourceful.Prior experience is a bonus but not necessary; training is provided.
