About the Role As a Production Operator at Maverick Pipe in Richmond, KY, you will ensure efficient production of piping and strut products while maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Responsibilities Operate production equipment and perform quality checks to meet specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company policies and procedures. Conduct quality inspections and address defects or deviations immediately. Collaborate effectively with team members to support a positive and efficient work environment. Follow supervisor and leadership direction, completing tasks accurately and efficiently. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar industry. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Physical Abilities Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds. Operate machinery and conduct quality inspections with manual dexterity. Work in environments with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
