We are a family-owned business providing high quality automobile repair and tire services for the past 15 years. We have a high volume fast-paced environment and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. Our shop offers a variety of services from oil changes to engine replacement. Salary is dependent upon experience, and we offer a generous bonus plan. Our work week is Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm with major holidays off.

As a Service Advisor with Highway 16 Auto Repair, you are the person that our customers look to when they need help with their vehicle. Our Service Advisor is accountable for taking our customers through the entire repair process, keeping them informed on the status of their vehicle and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.
The Service Advisor works with the Service Manager to handle all aspects of the daily operation of the business.

Duties:

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the automotive service department
- - Ensure efficient and timely completion of all vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of service history, repairs, and warranties
- Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair procedure - Minimum 2 years’ service writing experience in the Automotive Industry
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer software used for service writing and inventory management
- Experience with cash handling and financial transactions
