Production Associate I - Weekend Shift

What’s attractive about the Weekend Production Associate position? $20.40/hour (includes 20% shift premium) Shift Schedule: Friday-Sunday - 7:00am - 7:00pm What Success Looks Like: Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines. Monitors product to ensure quality standards are being met and rejects product that does not meet quality standards. Keeps the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards. Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes production reports and other documentation. Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers. Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires. What You Bring High school education or equivalent preferred. At least 6 months of production, assembly, or related work experience preferred. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow. The starting hourly rate is $17.00 to $19.00, depending on experience, with the possibility of up to a $1 pay increase after 90 days. Equal Opportunity Employer.
