Position: Landscape Architect Project Manager Location: Fort Worth, TXJob Id: 4909 # of Openings: 1 Landscape Architect Project Manager - Richardson, TX or Fort Worth, TXHalff is seeking a Landscape Architect Project Manager in the Richardson, TX or Fort Worth, TX office. The ideal candidate would have at least 8 years of experience working on the following project types: park, recreation and trail planning and design; urban park, plaza, streetscape and transportation enhancements; land development; and support for large scale planning projects. This position offers an excellent professional development opportunity for someone looking to grow with Halff, with potential for not only business and personal growth, but ownership in the firm.Learn about Halff and our 75th Anniversary What you will do:Work with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through constructionLead teams to complete projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirementsProduce CD sets including hardscape, planting, construction details and preparation of specifications and bidding packagesWork collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of landscape architects, planners and others, to provide management on a wide variety of public and private landscape architectural projects. What you will need:Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited universityTexas registration as a Professional Landscape ArchitectAt least 8 years of experience, minimum, as a Professional Landscape ArchitectAbility to travel periodically primarily in state to support project needsExperience with construction methodologies and implementationWell organized, detail oriented and highly motivatedBe able to anticipate the needs of clients and projectsAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writingHave excellent design skillsBe proficient with computer applications including AutoCAD, Microstation, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and GIS Interested candidates who meet or exceed the above qualifications are invited to submit a letter of interest, resume, and project portfolio that demonstrates their abilities.
