Customer Service Representative – Indianapolis, IN. PSC Industries in Indianapolis, IN is offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative who is looking to drive their career in a new direction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who cares deeply about customers and wants to help shaping PSC’s entire customer experience. Position Summary PSC Is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle the day-to-day activities for specific accounts by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers. Main Duties & Responsibilities Proactively support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning. Communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute orders. Coordinate with other departments to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork. (Load Lists, Shipping Tickets, ASNs. Responsible for venturing on to the production area to communicate with supervisors and managers. Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED with experience in customer service. Skills Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Must possess basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel). Must exhibit a great attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr PSC Industries, Inc.
