We are seeking an experienced and dedicated assistant store manager to join our team. Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D., required 1 year of supervisory experience Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Our positions are in full compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, and we use E-Verify to obtain authorization for work eligibility. Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Our retail store environment may require evening hours. Essential Duties, include but not limited to: Supporting store manager with day-to-day store operations while ensuring a safe and secure work environment. Ensure safe and secure money handling, including daily and timely bank deposits, which will require travel. Receive and deliver goods and merchandise in and out of the store. Support manager to organize, schedule, and lead daily, bi-annual and annual inventory audits. Ensure compliance with established dress code, professional behavior, and neatness.
