You're a great fit if you:Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work.Enjoy hands-on roles and working with machinery or are eager to learn.Are comfortable working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Value safety, organization, and continuous improvement.What You'll DoJoin and Fabricate: Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.Prepare and Set Up: Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications using jigs, welding torches, and hand toolsLift and Position Materials: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.Ensure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.Maintain and Organize: Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.The expected pay scale for this role is $22.62-$24.29 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and qualifications.
