Online Order Fulfillment AssociateThe Online Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures orders are completed on time, meet quality standards, and comply with safety and company procedures in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPick customer orders accurately using order listsPack items securely to prevent damage during shipping or handlingLabel packages correctly and prepare orders for shipmentVerify order accuracy, product quality, and quantities before shipmentStage completed orders for carrier pickupMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety guidelines, quality standards, and company policiesMeet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time expectationsCommunicate order issues, shortages, or damages to supervisorsAssist with inventory counts, restocking, and returns as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred2-4 years of previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experienceAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team3-5 Years of sit-down forklift experiencePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs. for extended periodsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentWarehouseExposure to varying temperaturesScheduleFull-time M-F 7am-3:30pmWeekends, evenings, and holidays may be required based on business needsEEO Statement:Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
