Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Summary Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production lines and equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Perform line setups, changeovers, and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (conveyors, motors, gearboxes, packaging machines) Adjust machinery to maximize uptime and efficiency Conduct quality checks during production Requirements 2+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing Experience with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and repair Experience replacing motors and gearboxes Ability to perform quality checks Additional Skills High-volume production experience preferred Basic electrical knowledge (motor wiring) a plus Food manufacturing experience is a plus Why Join Us Growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment Balanced schedule with extended time of Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Overland, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.50 - $33.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
