Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans to address individual and familial issues.
  • \n
  • Providing therapy sessions for couples, individuals, and families, focusing on fostering healthier relationships and communication patterns.
  • \n
  • Specializing in issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment disorders related to separation and divorce.
  • \n
  • Utilizing evidence-based methodologies to facilitate healing and improvement in mental health, adjusting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • \n
  • Documenting progress and outcomes effectively, adhering to best practice protocols and organizational standards.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with other mental health professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population, which includes adults, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds. This role focuses on treating individuals coping with a range of emotional and psychological issues, including but not limited to: relationship challenges, grief, adjustment difficulties, medical issues, and blended family dynamics. Your work will directly contribute to helping clients improve their emotional resilience and relational health, thus enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • \n
  • An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • \n
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy, with a strong focus on family systems and dynamics
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

Additional qualifications that will make you stand out include:

  • Experience working with children and adolescents in family-centered therapy

  • Familiarity with teletherapy tools and practices
  • \n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We believe in rewarding our therapists competitively. The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, with unlimited earning potential based on client load and caseload management.
