Job Description

The position is open to all category C agents. Member of the training service team and under the responsibility of the service chief, this position concerns the administrative management of professional training programs.

Requiring rigor, organization and excellent interpersonal skills, this position contributes to the performance and quality of the training service.

Missions:

Administrative management of training programs (Certifying, continuous, VAE, skills assessment) in close liaison with coordinators

Reception and support of trainees for administrative and financial aspects of training.

Contribution to the monitoring of training funding

Entry and follow-up of registrations (administrative files, agreements, contracts), prerequisites for entering training, training paths (Attendance records), in liaison with the DRAJES

Entry, follow-up of financial commitments and their execution in liaison with training coordinators and the person in charge of general administrative and financial follow-up

Edition and sending of documents necessary for the implementation of training and programs

Relay of data from surveys, questionnaires and monitoring of certain indicators

Management of business platforms, financing, etc.

Contribution and participation in the collective approach of continuous service improvement

Contribution to team meetings and cross-functional projects, particularly in the promotion of training

Profile Sought

Knowledge:

Mastery of administrative techniques and office tools (Excel, Word, databases) Institutional environment of the field of professional training Administrative environment of the field of professional training Knowledge of the modes of financing of professional training

Minimum Required Education Level

• Level Level 3 Diplomas equivalent to CAP/BEP
