Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing a variety of critical conditions and will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to support patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assist with triage and prioritize care based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department is required.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required.
• CPI, PALS, and TNCC certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records is required.
• Previous experience as a Charge RN and Level 2 Trauma experience preferred.
