User Experience Designer

What You\'ll Do Lead the end-to-end UX design process from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final delivery. Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product strategy and influence the future direction of the platform. Simplify complex workflows and information architecture into intuitive, user-centered experiences. Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities and validate design decisions. Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Contribute to and leverage the organization\'s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products. Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to deliver thoughtful, impactful design solutions. Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle while collaborating across cross-functional teams. What They\'re Looking For 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience designing complex digital products. Experience owning the full design lifecycle—from discovery and research through delivery. Strong experience designing enterprise, B2B, SaaS, or other complex digital applications. Proven ability to simplify complicated workflows and improve usability. A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, problem-solving, and measurable business impact. Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering teams. Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools. Experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating insights into actionable design decisions. Experience working within or contributing to a design system is highly preferred. Bonus Points Experience modernizing or redesigning legacy platforms. Experience working in financial services, fintech, insurance, or another highly regulated industry. Experience designing data-rich or workflow-intensive applications.
