Job Title: Business Associate Job Type: Remote, Full-Time Location: Virtual/Remote Position Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Business Associate to support customers with product questions, order inquiries, service issues, and general account support. This role is ideal for someone who can learn products quickly, communicate clearly, resolve customer concerns professionally, and provide a positive customer experience across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should be patient, organized, reliable, and comfortable working with customers by email, chat, phone, social media, or website messaging. This person should also be able to explain product details, document customer issues, elevate concerns when needed, and support the overall customer journey from inquiry to resolution. Key Responsibilities Assist with SEO-related administrative tasks such as keyword tracking, page update coordination, and performance reporting support. Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and marketing documents for leadership review. Maintain organized digital files, databases, and project trackers to ensure accuracy and smooth workflow. Planning, supporting, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Assisting with brand awareness, lead generation, product launches, service promotions, product research and customer engagement initiatives. Using marketing tools to, track performance, monitor engagement, and support campaign execution. Reviewing campaign data to evaluate performance, ROI, conversions, engagement, reach, traffic, and customer response. Coordinating with leadership, sales, design, web, social media, operations, and other teams to ensure projects are completed on time. Supporting email marketing campaigns, funnels, newsletters, promotional sequences, and customer follow-ups. Assisting with market research, competitor review, audience targeting, messaging, and campaign positioning. Identifying opportunities to improve underperforming campaigns through content changes, audience adjustments, timing, platform selection, or creative updates. Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Identifying trending new products through adspy Managing multiple tasks, campaigns, calendars, and deadlines while ensuring timely delivery. Support marketing operations by helping organize campaigns, content calendars, promotional timelines, and project deadlines. Responding to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, social media, or website contact forms. Answering product-related questions, including product features, usage, availability, pricing, shipping, returns, and troubleshooting. Learning and maintaining strong knowledge of company products, services, policies, and customer support processes. Assisting customers with order status, shipping updates, returns, refunds, exchanges, account questions, and general concerns. Coordinate inbound and outbound communications, including emails, vendor follow-up, and client-facing correspondence. Required Qualifications Experience with product research Professional or educational background in marketing, business, communications, digital media, advertising, public relations, or a related field. Experience supporting or managing marketing campaigns, product launches, service promotions, or brand awareness initiatives. Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Understanding of branding platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, email marketing, and website/SEO channels. Understanding of campaign performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rate, click-through rate, engagement rate, reach, traffic, leads, and sales. Ability to promote a new product, company, or service through research, positioning, audience targeting, messaging, content planning, and campaign execution. Experience creating reports using Excel or Google Sheets; pivot table experience is preferred. Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, calendars, and stakeholder requests at the same time. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt when priorities, requirements, or campaign direction changes. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability. Preferred Qualifications Professional or educational background in customer service, business, communications, retail, e-commerce, product support, sales support, or a related field. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product information clearly and professionally. Ability to learn product details quickly and translate them into helpful customer guidance. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer concerns with patience and accuracy.. Strong attention to detail when documenting customer issues, orders, and resolutions.
