· Number of Beds : 18

· Patient Ratios : 4/5:1

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : RN’s, Nurse Externs, PCTs, and US

· Type of equipment : Zolls, US, GE Monitors with 12 lead, Welch Allen VS, BD IVs

· Documentation system: Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend

· Floating policy: As Helping hands if needed

· Patient Experience requirements: Professional, Respectful, Kind, and Passionate to our patients

· Certifications:

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set: RN with ER experience > 1 year

Must have : BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH

Advanced skills needed: TNCC and ENPC

Procedures performed on unit: IVs, blood collection, medication administration, and documentation

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH, would like to have TNCC and ENPC
