Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Hialeah, FL 33018
Shift: Training on Day Shift (Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM).

After training, Sunday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Mon - Thur 4:00 PM-12:00 AM (night shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Order picking, scanning, put-away, and inbound receiving
Operate reach truck and pallet jack equipment
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping
Support warehouse operations and assigned tasks
Follow warehouse safety procedures and regulations
Work closely with supervisors and team members
Manage multiple warehouse priorities efficiently

Required Skills:

Warehouse and order picking experience preferred
Reach truck operation experience/certification preferred
RF scanner and inventory handling experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Additional Information:

Background check and drug test required
50% order selecting/put-away/scanning
40% housekeeping duties
10% additional warehouse support tasks
