This position supports the coordination of projects while assisting with administrative duties related to operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and installation appointments with technicians and clientsMaintain detailed records, including maintenance histories, warranties, and service schedulesProcess work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring proper prioritization and timely completionMaintain preventive maintenance schedulesCommunicate with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project status and updatesHandle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document managementAssist in coordinating emergency service calls as neededRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with good problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with project scheduling and coordinationWorking knowledge of Business Central or Great PlainsCompensation: $25-$28 hourly plus benefitsAmbient Enterprises provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
