Chemical Operator (2nd Shift)

Job Title: Chemical Operator
Location: Conshohocken, PA
Type: 6-9 month Contract
Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for pilot-scale trials of developmental products.
• Conduct tasks in a pilot plant setting, including basic lab tests for quality control.
• Monitor processes for deviations and report observations to supervisors.
• Document observations and communicate with next shift personnel.
• Contribute to site safety procedures, programs, and policies.
• Assist with handling hazardous chemicals, with experience being a plus.
• Support a team environment with stable and tenured team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in chemical or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with hazardous chemicals is a plus.
• Strong understanding of general chemical practices and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent observational skills and ability to plan and execute product demonstrations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Easy going and professional demeanor.
• Strong team fit and ability to integrate smoothly into a stable team.
