Director, AI enablement and Business process architecture

Johnson & Johnson

Director role leading AI enablement and business process architecture for Johnson & Johnson's HR transformation. Responsible for defining enterprise HR AI strategy, designing future-state workflows, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI-assisted and automated employee experiences across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise HR AI enablement and automation strategy aligned with business priorities
Create future-state business architecture blueprints translating strategy into executable end-to-end designs
Lead design of employee-centric workflows and seamless experiences across HR systems and channels
Establish governance frameworks for responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI in HR processes
Guide cross-functional teams through discovery, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions

Requirements

Strategic vision combined with solution and experience design expertise
Leadership experience managing teams of workflow designers and AI specialists
Business architecture and process design knowledge across HR domains
Understanding of AI technologies, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration
Experience with responsible AI governance, risk management, and compliance
Cross-functional collaboration skills across HR, technology, data, and operations
