Clinical Nurse Supervisor

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective care across units at Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau. You will manage staffing, collaborate with physicians and administration, and mentor staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires an RN with 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience and an accredited nursing degree; TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS certifications are preferred.
