Responsibilities and Duties

• Assists in production operations driving daily throughput from production lines.
• Performs preventative maintenance on lines.
• Maintains inventory on parts and equipment for their assigned area.
• Assists with any maintenance work on company property as needed.
• Assists with repairing and installing production equipment.
• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to blueprints, operating manuals, and schematics.
• Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems with non-functioning equipment.
• Helps maintain cleanliness in the production, warehouse, and other storage areas.
• Assists with fleet vehicles and trailers for licensing and maintenance.
• May assist in working in liquid mineral harvesting division.
• Any other management assigned activity.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and experience in manufacturing maintenance operations.
• Experience with operating maintenance equipment.
• Good Technical knowledge.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Forklift Certification a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent standing and walking with ability to conduct indoor and outdoor activities

• Maintain a consistent schedule.
• When the schedule must be rearranged, make sure that all essential tasks will be covered by someone else, or are completed on schedule.

• If tasks are completed, look for other things to do to keep busy and ask people how to help. Show initiative and avoid wasting time.
• Keep personal phone calls, visitors, and non-work-related conversations to an absolute minimum.
• Maintain a high level of professional integrity and trustworthiness.
• Get along well with co-workers and others.
• Follow through on assigned projects.
