MASSAGE THERAPIST-$25-$50/hrKey Responsibilities:

- Provide professional massage therapy services, utilizing various techniques tailored to meet the needs and preferences of each client. - Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans. - Maintain a clean and welcoming environment to ensure safety and comfort for all clients. - Educate clients on recommended aftercare practices and potential follow-up visits. - Keep accurate and up-to-date records of each session, including client feedback and progress notes. - Adhere to all health and safety regulations as well as organizational policies and protocols.- Continue professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Valid and current massage therapy license in the applicable jurisdiction. - Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports, cupping and therapeutic massage. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. - Demonstrated commitment to customer service and client care.- Physical stamina to perform massage therapy services for extended periods. - Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

AESTHETICIAN-$17-$22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a range of skincare services, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and waxing, tailored to clients' individual needs. - Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultation to determine appropriate treatment plans and skincare solutions. - Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols. - Educate clients on skincare routines, recommending products and treatments for optimal skin health. - Keep up to date with the latest skincare trends, treatments, and technology through continuing education and training. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - - Collaborate with team members to provide a comprehensive approach to customer care and achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Aesthetician. - Proven experience in skincare and aesthetic treatments in a professional setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. - Passion for skincare and staying informed about industry advancements. - Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
