Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring full-time W-2 CDL-A Company Drivers in Washington . Whether you are an experienced driver or a recent CDL school graduate looking for paid mentor training, we offer steady miles, reliable home time, and top-tier equipment.
Pay & Compensation
Experienced Drivers
- Weekly Earnings: $1,300 $1,500 / week
- Top Earners: Up to $1,800+ / week (depending on miles, performance, and extra pay)
- Base Rate: $0.50 $0.62 per mile (CPM), based on experience
- Average Mileage: 2,000 2,800 miles per week
Guaranteed Weekly Pay Security
- $1,000 Minimum Weekly Pay Guarantee for your first 3 months (subject to eligibility)
Additional Pay & Bonuses
- Stop Pay: $15.00 per stop
- Performance Bonus: Regular bonus opportunities available

- Operating Area: Western OTR (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, NM, TX, CA)
Paid Training Program (Recent CDL Graduates)
Have your CDL-A but limited driving experience? Our paid mentorship program helps you transition into a successful solo career.
- Training Pay: $900 / week during 3 5 weeks of mentor training
- Post-Training Earnings: Opportunity to earn up to $1,500 / week after training
- Starting Rate Post-Training: Start at $0.50 CPM immediately upon completion
- Practical Training: Hands-on instruction with an experienced mentor covering ELD compliance, trip planning, pre/post-trip inspections, and safe CMV operation
Requirements
Experienced Drivers
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be at least 21 years of age for interstate driving
- 6+ months OTR experience within the last 12 months, OR 12+ months qualifying experience within the past 5 years
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Must meet company safety requirements and successfully complete required DOT physical and drug screening
Recent CDL Graduates
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of completed CDL school
- Must be at least 21 years of age for interstate driving
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Must meet company safety requirements and successfully complete required DOT physical and drug screening
