We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead performance, drive sales growth, and hold the team accountable to measurable targets. You will be responsible for: Increasing service revenue and retail performance Managing daily operations and team execution Owning KPIs, productivity, and performance metrics Coaching staff on upselling, rebooking, and client retention Ensuring a high-level guest experience Holding the team accountable to numbers This role is performance-based. The more revenue you drive, the more you earn. Compensation: $20 per hour starting base pay plus performance pay. Prove your value and start $25-$30 per hour in 6 months or less. Monthly bonus potential $1,500+ tied directly to sales growth Qualifications 35 years managing a salon, spa, doctors office or med spa Proven track record of increasing revenue Strong understanding of service and retail KPIs Confident leadership and sales coaching ability Must be located within commuting distance to Rutherford, NJ If you have not directly managed a beauty business and grew revenue, this role is not a fit.
