Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in operating room procedures with precision and poise
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques, sterile fields, and infection control protocols
• Monitor patient status and anticipate the needs of surgeons during procedures
• Accurately document care, assessments, and interventions in accordance with facility guidelines
• Support patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new technology and fast-paced environments
