Your Day‑to‑Day Environment This Field Service Technician role is based at a dedicated site in a regulated laboratory environment. Located in West Point, PA. You’ll work consistently in one location, building familiarity with the equipment, systems, and day‑to‑day operations—rather than rotating between sites. Lift, carry, and move equipment weighing 50–100 lbs while standing and walking for most of the day. What You’ll Take Ownership Of Perform testing, certification, calibration, and repairs across different lab environments with a strong focus on quality. Work directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right. Build strong relationships and be the main point of contact for customers on site. Complete reports and required paperwork on time to keep projects on track and clients updated.
