Responsibilities:
Process customer payments and credit transactions
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Perform basic accounting tasks and data entry
Assist with administrative duties and office support
Maintain accurate financial records
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Qualifications:
Basic accounting knowledge required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Team player with a customer-focused attitude
Dealership or office experience preferred, but not required
