About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Ryans Auto Body as a Paint Dept - Prep Person! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our vehicles are primed and ready for a flawless finish, contributing to our reputation for quality and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and mask
- Inspect surfaces for imperfections and address them prior to painting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficien
- Collaborate with the painting team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working with chemicals and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance skills and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in auto body prep or a related field is preferr
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and handling of hazardous materials.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in auto body work is a bonus.
