Field Operations ManagerLead all onsite construction operations for a large-scale hospitality project. Manage field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and project logistics. Track record managing projects valued at $200M+. Strong leadership experience overseeing complex construction teams. Expertise in scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor management. Knowledge of construction safety and quality management best practices. Ability to build relationships with owners, consultants, and trade partners. Experience with construction management software and project scheduling tools. Willingness to be project-based and work in remote or travel-oriented project environments.What's on offer: Base Salary: $200,000 - $230,000. Project-based per diem package.
