Xfinity Field Sales Professional - Shreveport, LA

Job Summary This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships and meet sales targets. It is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf, using extensive product knowledge and sales experience to maximize sales and winbacks. Core Responsibilities Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers by door-to-door canvassing in the assigned area. Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products, including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns. Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively. Evaluate individual customers' existing and potential product needs and make recommendations. Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models, as well as the unique benefits over other service providers. Evaluate offers from other companies and frame responses to showcase the advantages of Comcast. Meet physical requirements, including walking and/or traveling door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions. Obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $79,395.00. Sales positions may earn commission above targeted earnings for overachievers.
