HVAC Service Technician

Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Salt Lake City, UT to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

- Extends the lifespan of expensive mechanical assets through quality maintenance.
- Reduces emergency downtime by identifying mechanical issues before they fail.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures in commercial HVAC equipment.
- Repair or replace motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on RTUs, split systems, and heat pumps.
- Troubleshoot boilers, chillers, and air handling units.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and manufacturer schematics.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Communicate technical findings and repair recommendations to customers.
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
- Inspect electrical circuits and mechanical components for wear.
