Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner with an a ctive New York license and active Medicaid and Medicare enrollment to join our growing clinical team.

This position will begin as a fully remote role, allowing you to provide virtual care to patients throughout New York. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Freehold, New Jersey , as the role is expected to transition to an in-office position at our Freehold headquarters within approximately 3–6 months.

Compensation

$120,000 - $165,000 annually

Compensation will be based on experience, credentials, productivity, and overall fit for the position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations via telehealth

• Review medical histories, medications, allergies, and symptoms

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Develop and implement treatment plans

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing

• Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

• Complete all required charting and records by the end of each shift

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care while adhering to clinical and compliance standards

Requirements

• Active New York Nurse Practitioner License

• Active New York Medicaid and Medicare enrollment

• Minimum of one year of experience in urgent care, primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or a related clinical setting

• Experience using EMR systems

• Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

• Must reside within commuting distance of Freehold, NJ

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Four-day workweek

• 10-hour shifts

• Monday through Friday schedule
