Drivers are paid $0.60 per mile, $15.53 per stop, and $49.21 per diem, averaging $78,000 per year! Schedule Enjoy a home daily 5‑day work week with 2 consecutive days off. Weekends are required. A typical weekly schedule will include local runs to Dallas and Houston. The schedule requires drivers to cover an overnight route 1 to 2 times per month. Local runs start between 11:30 p.m. – 3 a.m. or 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. with shifts lasting 10 to 12 hours. Equipment Drivers will haul grocery products in 53’ refrigerated trailers.
