Manage client engagement to shift emphasis from transaction‑level control to value‑driven decision support and analytics. Lead project teams through all phases of the technology delivery lifecycle and provide subject‑matter expertise in design, integration, architecture, data modeling, system design, and interfacing requirements. Lead engagement teams in assisting financial service clients on a variety of business process services that help identify, assess, manage, and measure the organization’s capabilities. Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills, providing coaching and feedback. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, manage risk in delivery of quality services, and generate new business opportunities. Full‑time employment, Monday – Friday, 40–45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Responsibilities Lead project teams through all phases of the technology delivery life cycle. Provide subject‑matter expertise to the design and integration phases of each project. Assist clients in shifting emphasis from transaction‑level control to value‑driven, decision‑support analytics. Lead engagement teams on business process services to identify, assess, manage, and measure organizational capabilities. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities. Minimum Requirements Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field and 8 years of experience (5 years progressive, post‑baccalaureate work). Alternatively, Master’s degree with 7 years of experience. 7 years of experience defining business and technical requirements and implementing relevant technical solutions. 4 years of experience in one or more of the following: relevant experience at a private equity company or auditing private equity funds; acting as a consultant for private equity operations or fund accounting system transformation. 5 years of experience with system implementation execution, design, or lean/six‑sigma operational improvement projects. 5 years of project experience in Finance transformation and accelerated close; Sub‑ledger and/or ledger redesign; Management reporting enhancement, BI and decision support; Enterprise application integration; Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, merger integration; and/or reconciliation redesign or improvement. 5 years of experience in one or more of the following accounting software: FIS Investran, Blackrock eFront, LemonEdge, Entrilia, AllVue. 5 years experience in at least two of: Finance Strategy, Financial Accounting & Reporting operations, General Ledger/ERP systems features, Private equity Subledger System & Data Warehousing, Financial Close and Reconciliations, Statutory Reporting Systems, Enterprise Technology Expense Reduction. 5 years experience in all phases of the technology life cycle, with proven project management and testing methodologies. 5 years experience with technical architecture design, private equity data for fund accounting, and leading and developing a consulting team (counselling and mentoring junior consultants). 5 years business and accounting experience with private equity funds, including lifecycle events, management fee, carried interest, waterfall, and investor rebalancing, and required financial and regulatory reporting. 2 years business development experience supporting RFP processes, including response, research, proposal, client presentation, and pricing/SOW drafting. Requires domestic travel up to 75% to serve client needs. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Benefits Base salary: $180,330 per year.
