About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for AI Security Architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and oversight of secure architecture patterns, reference architectures, standards, and guardrails for AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that AI capabilities are secure by design, responsibly implemented, and in line with internal control and regulatory expectations. The VP will partner with various teams, including engineering, platform, product security, data, risk, and business teams, to embed AI security controls into the development and monitoring workflows. Additionally, the role involves leading architecture and design reviews, performing AI-focused threat modeling, and translating risks into security requirements and mitigation strategies. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in cybersecurity, particularly in security architecture, application security, product security, or cloud security. Deep technical expertise in security architecture, secure design, application security, cloud security, product security, data protection, and modern engineering practices is essential. The ideal candidate will have a practical understanding of AI and machine learning architectures, generative AI, and AI security risk patterns, and be able to lead security initiatives in complex enterprise environments. Strong collaboration, influencing skills, and the ability to communicate technical risks and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders are also key requirements for this role.
