  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

  • Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.

  • Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community entities to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

  • Foster open lines of communication with all stakeholders to maintain effective service provision and promote the agency's mission in the community.

  • Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the agency at statewide meetings.
  • \n
  • Promote and uphold the organization’s mission, values, and standards in all interactions.

  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Director to contribute to operational success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied population, including individuals experiencing mental health crises, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will be critical in creating supportive environments that encourage personal growth, recovery, and community involvement.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health or related field is required.
  • \n
  • Possession of an independent LMHC license recognized by the state of New Jersey.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and generating relevant reports.
  • \n
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team setting.

  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas and therapeutic goals clearly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
